Customer satisfaction is the gold standard in retail. And the same of course applies to it’s 21st century counterpart: eTail. Customer satisfaction is now just a few mouse clicks away for anyone with access to the internet. (And let’s face it: if they don’t have access to the internet, then they’re not going to be your customers anyway!)
