Censoring or protection?

We all know that pharmaceutical industry is a very strong and very influential part of our economy, of our world.Speculations are showing up every day, how far they might reach, how much do they do to protect their  power.
Is it in their interest to heal people or keep them sick? Are they able to deal with alternative medications, or are they trying to fight against it? If so, how far do they go?
We deny to believe in all the conspiracies, that they rule everything, and those companies are all evil. For sure not.
But it is true, and normal that everyone is trying to put across his own interests. In this fight, truth many times does not count. All the alternative healing methods are struggling, to somehow break the barrier of mistrust people have against them. For this cause it would be extremely important to provide the proper platform research and discuss those methods.
What you can experience but, that they are pushed into some kind of „illegality”, automatically stigmatized as a fraud. This way, you can never know, if something is working or not, true or not. Because they are not discussed in the depth they should be. So, the good methods remain unmarked, but the bad ones can live stand on the same level. It leads to a big mess about alternative medications, and many of us thinks that they are all like „the bad ones”.
What we would like to stand up for, is the opened conversation. We sadly had to experience, that it isn’t so welcome these days yet.
On our website we shared many testimonials which users sent to us, to report how magnetic therapy worked for them. Is it a bad thing? We do not think so. But some people do. We received a claim, that these opinions showed on our page might mislead people, therefor they are dangerous and against the law to share.
On one hand, it is understandable, that people have to be protected, because you can state on the internet whatever you just want to. On the other hand, does not these kind of regulations kill the possibility to judge things for ourselves? To decide, what we want to believe and what we do not? Many of us might need the help of magnetic therapy, but they can never read others experiences.
We cannot fight this situation, and had to accept that the testimonials have to be removed. But we are hoping for a better solution, where our protection does not keep us from getting the information we have right for.

Study Demonstrates the Healing Value of Magnets

As a kid we have a feeling, that our world is safe, everything is settled and finished. We are learning so many things in school that are seem to be never changeable. History, sciences, mathematics.. everything is already invented.
As we grow up borders become more and more soft, and suddenly something completely new breaks into your cognition. This experience makes you rethink the word „certain”. Imagine, you are a doctor learning and practicing since decades. Of course it is not easy to accept changes, and it is also their duty to be skeptical. That might cause that medical science is still not convinced about what to think of magnetic therapy. Time to time new studies are made on both sides.

You can read about test made by the University of Virginia here, and make your own opinion. One thing is for sure, there are no studies stating that magnetic therapy may cause any harm, but tones of people saying the opposite. Maybe it is time to open our mind for those changes?

The researchers first found evidence to support this claim through research with laboratory rats. In their initial study, magnets of 70 milliTesla (mT) field strength—about 10 times the strength of the common refrigerator variety—were placed near the rat’s blood vessels. Quantitative measurements of blood vessel diameter were taken both before and after exposure to the static magnetic fields—the force created by the magnets. Morris and Skalak found that the force had a significant effect: the vessels that had been dilated constricted, and the constricted vessels dilated, implying that the magnetic field could induce vessel relaxation in tissues with constrained blood supply, ultimately increasing blood flow.

Evidence of Magnetic Therapy – Empirical or Elusive?

Magnetic bracelets are an application of Magnetic therapy or Magneto therapy. This comes under the category of complementary and alternative medicine. Advocates of magneto therapy believe that exposure of certain parts of the body to magnetic fields can relieve pains, alleviate muscle fatigue and increase healthful blood circulation. As the case may be, implements of magneto therapy such as magnetic bracelets and magnetic jewellery can be used for specific purposes such healing from injury, or for general purposes such as better energy flow. Some might dismiss this as ‘faith healing’ and if the truth is to be stated, there is no concrete established proof of the effects of magnetic bracelets, but it is a belief among disparate sections of the public and supposedly gives relief.

Several studies have been conducted to validate the health benefits and healing effects of magnetic therapy, in spite of the fact that this could be difficult. It becomes hard because the presence of a magnetic field is easily detectible by the participants. When studies are conducted on several participants in which only a few are actually in the purview of a magnetic field and others are not, it is possible to give concrete results. In such surveys, usually even the assessor does not know which respondent is being given magnetic therapy and who is not. But this balance is disrupted mainly due to the fact that the assessors or the participants can check for themselves whether a magnetic field is present or not.

All studies about magnetic therapy used magnetic jewellery to check validity. Usually, magnetic bracelets were used. Some were titanium, some were stainless steel, and some were even copper magnetic bracelets. Each magnetic bracelet that were used in the study was wear by a person who really needed it, sometimes by two at the same time.

In such situations, the ‘placebo effect’ could enter the minds of the respondents and delude their perception, causing them to give unnatural responses which defeat the purpose of the study. But on the whole, practitioners have been able to arrive at one conclusion, i.e. magnetic therapy is more effective when used for general health and well-being rather than for specific ailments.

Magnetic Jewelry History

Magnetic therapy jewelry has come about over the past decade or so and has become a successful business because of the need for alternative to the ever stronger chemical medicines that are being employed by modern conventional medicine.

Magnetic therapy offers great health benefits such as improved blood circulation in the body’s tissues underlying the magnetic bracelet or ring, or any other type of magnetic jewelry and better overall well-being for the wearer. Implements of magnetic therapy have been accepted as a Complementary and Alternate form of Medicine by many people today in the Western world. Some of the most prominent products of magnetic therapy are magnetic jewelry – magnetic bracelets, bangles and wrist bands. These are worn on specified parts of the body for prescribed effect.

The other kind of product that the alternative medicine came up with are less mobile – ther products are magnetic mattresses which have magnets sewn into them, magnetic cream and blankets and even magnetic water (water that has been magnetized by inserting magnets into the water). Since the patient has to administer the products to himself or herself for their personal use, it is important to take specific instructions from the practitioner or the seller and follow them most scrupulously. The great salient features of magnetic therapy jewelry are that use of these does not involve any invasive treatments practices such as surgery or even the need to receive any kind of injected fluid. This concept involves acting on the human body by inducing a magnetic field and allowing its influence to direct the flow of blood, energy and magnetic flux to help the site of pain achieve equilibrium. For this reason, these implements are believed in by many people who shy away from allopathic medicine, and are getting more and more recognition worldwide.

Practicing magnetic therapy is undertaken only after requisite training who are seeking this specific knowledge, which entitled the individual to become a practicing magnetic therapist. There are courses and self-study and in distance mode and can be taken by anybody who has a real and profound interest. Some of those courses are even designed for the general public to educate the general sentiment and convince them of the benefits of this therapy. Practitioners’ certification and nurses’ certification are given upon intensive training. These courses are approved by magnetic therapy institutions and therefore are trustworthy. This is in no way related to bio-flow products which are available in the market for both humans and animals.

Until recently, the Western medicine was dominating the political agenda. The rise of a monolithic mainstream medicine and health came about because of the dominating issue of laboratory research and technology, where big money and political interests mingle with each other. As a results of this process, by the early decades of the century, magnotherapy alternative holistic magnetic therapy healing traditions providing magnetic jewelry had largely been largely sidelined by conventional medicine that may or may not treat tunnel carpal syndrome without bio copper magnetic bracelets. Only in the 1960s a large and really major challenge to this trend emerge. Critics in the UK attacked conventional medicine for its reductionism and its tendency to offer standardized, dehumanized forms of care. In its place they promised a return to more humanistic magnets traditions which are intended to focus on the whole individual and the economic, political, magnetic, social, psychological, and even the spiritual conditions that cause illness or encouraged healing by the usage of titanium magnetic bracelets. The news today is that things are getting rather diferent.

The politic of heath pressure groups that consists of people who believe that power exercised through politics and its impact on Government public policy is of fundamental importance for health.
